Tupelo native and internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter John Murry will return to his hometown for an intimate performance at Backline Music Hall on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Murry, whose deeply personal songwriting and distinctive voice have earned him an international following, has received praise from outlets including Rolling Stone, NPR, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the BBC.
After spending much of the past decade living in Ireland, Murry’s return to Tupelo offers local audiences a rare opportunity to see the acclaimed songwriter perform in the city where his story began.
