About your instructor: Chris Griggs
Chris is an actor, improviser and standup comedian originally from Memphis now living in New York. He studied improv over 20 years (standup over 16 years) and finished programs with Second City, UCB and The People’s Improv Theater (The Pit). He teaches improv and standup comedy at the Pit for over 15 years now and performed short form improv on the TV show World Cup Comedy produced by Kelsey Grammer. He also has taught improvisation at AMDA College and New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts for years. As a performer he's been on NBC's Blacklist, Hulu, Starz, Netflix, TV Land, IFC and more.
